In this highly engaging, hands-on workshop, teams and individuals will learn trusted techniques used by comedic improvisers to turbocharge creativity, productivity, and learn to work more effectively as a team. This is a unique teambuilding activity that can work in any space, for any group size that is hosted by professional facilitators who are also comedic improvisors.
WHY IMPROVISERS?
Improvisers draw from a creative, positive, and innovative skill-set every time they hit the stage and create a scene. They support eachother, trust their instincts and build off of accepting offers rather than rejecting them…much like successful teams do in the workplace.
HOW IT WORKS
The group is split into small teams who will work with a facilitator to learn a variety of improvisation-based games, while weaving in specific objectives (e.g. better communication or negotiation).
They also learn the basic rules of Improv: you can’t say no and you never apologize!
After some group work, they come together and perform their scenes for the group, guided along the way by their facilitator who opens the floor for discussion around impactful moments and difficult conversations.
The improvisers direct the scenes and break-down the walls around specific issues the company is facing.
THE RESULT
Your team will leave with a better understanding of how to work dynamically together to achieve your goals, while having fun in a judgement-free safe space.
“We LOVED Bizprov - it flew by very quickly! I was very in tune with what each activity taught us and why we were doing them as it relates to team communication, trust etc. I am singing the praises of you and your team! Thanks so much!””

“Engagement Unlimited used the CBC Studios to inspire a group to get out of their comfort zone with their Bizprov program. The clients were concerned that their group of potential CFOs would be hesitant to participate, but minutes into the session, all were enthusiastically joining in the exercises and role playing that the facilitators were demonstrating. The session was so successful that [Engagement Unlimited] went on to present the same program to their senior executives subsequent to this.”
